Welcome to A&Y Scrubs (referred to as "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website and purchasing our premium medical scrubs, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Conditions & Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion if we suspect fraudulent activity or a breach of these terms.

2. Products, Fabric Accuracy, and Pricing

Product Representation: We make every effort to display the colors, details, and fabric textures of our scrubs as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and monitor display.
Pricing: All prices listed on the website are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices do not include shipping fees, which are calculated and added at checkout.
Stock Availability: All orders are subject to stock availability. In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify you immediately to offer an alternative or a full refund.

3. Customizations & Embroidery Policy

We offer premium customization options, including personalized name and logo embroidery on our medical apparel.
Accuracy of Information: It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure that all text, spelling, titles, and uploaded logos are 100% accurate before submitting the order. We are not liable for errors made by the customer during input.
No Returns on Custom Work: As stated in our Returns & Exchanges Policy, any custom-tailored or embroidered scrubs cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless there is a clear manufacturing defect or a mistake made on our end.

4. Orders, Payments, and Billing

Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an automated confirmation. This confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not guarantee final fulfillment if stock issues or payment verification errors arise.
Payment Methods: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as well as secure electronic payments (such as Mobile Wallets/InstaPay or Credit/Debit Cards, where applicable).
Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel any order if the delivery address is unreachable, if the contact information provided is invalid, or if the courier is repeatedly unable to reach the customer.

5. Delivery and Risk of Loss

All items purchased from our website are delivered via third-party courier services.
The risk of loss and title for the products pass to you upon delivery of the items to the address provided.
Estimated delivery times are guidelines and not strict guarantees. Delays caused by weather, peak holiday seasons, or courier operations are outside of our direct control.

6. Intellectual Property

All content included on this website, such as logos, product descriptions, images, graphics, website design, and text is the exclusive property of A&Y Scrubs and is protected by Egyptian and international copyright laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or display any part of this website for commercial purposes without our express written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

A&Y Scrubs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website. Our maximum liability to you for any product purchased shall not exceed the actual purchase price of that product.

8. Changes to Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time by posting updates directly to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
