Thank you for choosing A&Y Scrubs. We understand how busy your schedule is as a healthcare professional, which is why we are dedicated to delivering your premium scrubs as quickly, safely, and efficiently as possible right to your doorstep or workplace.

Below you will find everything you need to know about our shipping rates, delivery timelines, and procedures.

Delivery Timelines & Coverage

We deliver to all governorates across Egypt. Once your order is confirmed, our dedicated courier team works to get it to you within the following timeframes:

  • Cairo, Giza & Alexandria: Delivery within 24 to 72 hours (1–3 business days).

  • Delta & Canal Governorates: Delivery within 2 to 4 business days.

  • Upper Egypt & Red Sea: Delivery within 3 to 6 business days.

Please note: Orders placed on weekends (Fridays) or during official public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and governorate.

Order Tracking & Status Updates

The moment your order leaves our warehouse, we keep you in the loop:

  1. Order Confirmation: You will receive an automated confirmation via WhatsApp as soon as your order is placed.

  2. Courier Contact: On the day of delivery, our shipping representative will contact you via phone or WhatsApp to coordinate the exact timing before arriving at your address.

Open-Package Policy (Previewing Your Order)

To ensure your complete peace of mind, we allow our customers to inspect the package while the courier is at the door.

  • You can open the shipping bag to verify the color, fabric feel, and style.

  • Please note that full try-ons (wearing the garment) are not permitted while the courier waits due to hygiene and delivery schedules. If the item doesn't fit, don't worry, you can easily exchange it within 14 days.
